A child domestic worker (CDW) is defined as a child working in an employer's household with or without wage. CDWs perform such domestic chores as washing dishes, cooking, cleaning the house and looking after young children and any other household related activities.
The report treats more extensively the issue of child domestic work in the Philippines by focusing on relevant specific issues and responses in the ground. The report explores strategic set of action relevant for the national time-bound programme on the worst
forms of child labour.
