The Decent Work Programme (DWP) is a joint programme of the constituents; the Government, the social partners and the International Labour Organization (ILO).

Through extensive tripartite consultations, a results-orientated framework has been developed aimed at the attainment of full and productive employment and decent work for all, including women and youth.
