The ILO Regional Office for Latin America and the Caribbean is looking for a team of qualified evaluators to conduct the final independent evaluation of the project “Addressing Education and Skills Gaps for Vulnerable Youths in Haiti: Promoting rural socio-economic development in South and Grande Anse Departments”, financed by Norway's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. <p> Expressions of interest should be sent by email no later than March 4, 2020 to Cybele Burga ([email protected]) with a copy to Michelle Fortin ([email protected]).
