To enhance management-labour cooperation and promote respect for fundamental principles and rights at work as a means for improving the productivity and competitiveness of enterprises.

Outputs:

Impact to date:

  • A heightened awareness of and commitment to management-labour cooperation and building trust through social dialogue as a means for contributing to increased productivity and competitiveness.
  • A trained cadre of tripartite constituents with an interest in using the skills and knowledge acquired.
