Productivity improvement through strengthening management-labour cooperation : the Caribbean experience
This book documents the efforts at productivity enhancement in the Caribbean through a programme of research, development of practical tools, advocacy and training by the ILO Subregional Office for the Caribbean Programme for the Promotion of Management-Labour Cooperation (PROMALCO) Project.
Develops a conceptual framework based on the partnership approach to productivity enhancement and presents case studies to assess how strengthened management-labour cooperation can contribute to productivity improvement at the national, sectoral and enterprise levels.
