MNG 102: Quality Employment Promotion Is Mainstreamed in National Policies and Programmes – Mongolia
The project aims to improve national statistical and analytical capacities in decent work including SDG’s decent work indicators, and participation of workers’ and employers’ organizations in national policy debates and discussions on decent work.

Objectives
• To develop national statistical capacity in measuring decent work and SDG’s decent work indicators• To provide capacity building and targeted assistance to workers’ and employers’ organizations to effectively participate in national policy debates and discussions
• To contribute to the establishment of a statistical framework for reporting against the Sustainable Development Vision of Mongolia and the 2030 agenda.
Outputs
• NSO Mongolia capacitated to align national labour and employment statistics to concepts, definitions and methodologies concerning statistics of work, employment and labour underutilization;• Assessment Report on the Availability of Data and National Capacity Gaps with respect to SDG indicators in Mongolia published;
• Mongolia’s SDG-related national statistics available in LABORSTAT;
• Policy advocacy tools developed and DWCP and SDG advocacy campaigns by MONEF and CMTU supported;
• Technical assistance provided to Mongolia in the preparation of an annual report on SDG;
• Published thematic profiles and analysis of Mongolia’s progress towards achieving the 2030 agenda with special attention to vulnerable employment.
