This project delivers the full ILO Programme on Living Wages, including estimating living wages and building a global wage data hub, and operationalizing living wages in national wage-setting processes, with a focus on agriculture in three intervention countries in which agriculture is particularly important for their labour market.
Strategic framework

Intervention results:
1.1. Living wage estimates developed in line with ILO principles are available to inform wage-setting processes in intervention countries.
1.2. ILO constituents use a global wage data hub to make informed decisions on adequate wages, taking into account workers' needs and economic factors.
Strengthening wage-setting institutions and addressing the root causes of low pay to make living wages a reality within national wage-setting processes.
Intervention results:
2.1. Wage-setting institutions, including minimum wage mechanisms and collective bargaining frameworks, integrate living wages in a sustainable and nationally anchored way.
2.2. Root causes and challenges of low pay are identified and addressed to enable wage growth.
2.3. Living wage and income initiatives operate in alignment with ILO principles.
Providing technical assistance to governments and social partners, and fostering national ownership so that results are sustainable beyond the project.
Intervention results:
3.1. National governments and social partners in intervention countries lead living wage estimation and operationalization processes with ILO guidance.
3.2. Tools developed under the project, including policy guides, the wage data hub, and training resources, are owned and maintained by national constituents.
