Applying the G20 Training Strategy in the Russian Federation (Phase 2)

The Project’s technical work in the five regions of the Russian Federation: Khabarovsk, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Amur, Arkhangelsk, and Krasnoyarsk is being managed by Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO under an Implementation Agreement with the ILO. SKOLKOVO works closely with regional government bodies and TVET institutions to apply the Skills Foresight Methodology for priority economic sectors and to implement a retraining program for TVET directors in each region. Implementation of these tools will:

allow the development of competence-based training programs in line with the requirements of priority economic sectors and regional development strategies, and
increase TVET management teams’ capacity to respond to rapidly changing labour market conditions.
