Additional details
The main aim and objective of the ACTRAV project is to strengthen the capacity of trade unions to participate in combating child labour. Development of trade union policies and integration of child labour into the other core areas of trade union work is at the heart of these efforts.
The main target group is the national trade union federations, but we also work with international structures such as ITUC and sectoral unions. The ultimate beneficiaries will be the children most at risk, those working under forced labour conditions and engaged in hazardous work.
