Roundtable Discussion on Conclusion and Recommendation of the Study on Application of Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work of Small and Medium Enterprises Conducted by the National Human Rights Commission

The NHRCM study on application of fundamental principles and rights at work in selected economic sectors (trade, commerce and wool and cashmere sectors) covered 78 enterprises in Ulaanbaatar, Darkhan and Erdenet cities, and 1650 workers. Conclusion and recommendation drawn by the NHRCM is currently being discussed among the constituents and relevant stakeholders, such as the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, Mongolian Employers' Federation, Confederation of Mongolian Trade Unions, Parliament of Mongolia, Mongolian Bar Association, and enterprise representatives that are the part of the study.

The study has been conducted with financial support of the EU funded project to Support to trading partners including GSP+ beneficiary countries to effectively implement ILS and comply with reporting obligations.
