Launch of the publication Social Dialogue and Labour Relations 2025

This publication is the first biannual study produced within the framework of the Regional Initiative for Strengthening Social Dialogue and Labour Relations (IRDS). It presents a comparative analysis of tripartite institutions, best practices, structural challenges and opportunities for moving towards more democratic, resilient and sustainable labour systems.

The event will feature representatives from tripartite constituents and academia, who will share their reflections on the report's findings and their usefulness for promoting decent work and social justice.
