CMTU Workshop on Draft Labour Law, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia
The workshop provided information on ongoing status of the draft labour law to representatives of 21 aimags, Ulaanbaatar city and sectoral trade unions, and discuss CMTU's position within international labour standards.
Participants discussed CMTU's position on labour law revision on such issues as collective bargaining, strikes, rights and interest disputes, and dispute settlement mechanism. Mr Youngmo Yoon, ILO Senior specialist in social dialogue and industrial relations presented international standards on the subject matters and share international good practice.
