Manual labour-based technology for rural road maintenance

The purpose of this training manual is to provide technical management staff and contractors with appropriate guidelines for the effective management of routine road maintenance works.

This Training Manual is based on the Maintenance Guideline developed for Timor-Leste, which in turn was based on the Rural Road Maintenance Management Manual originally prepared for the Ministry of Rural Development in Cambodia. The Timor-Leste Maintenance Guideline was prepared, under the TIM Works Project to reflect the local conditions in Timor-Leste.
