Enhancing the Labour Administration Capacity to Improve Working Conditions and Tackle Undeclared Work

The Project contributes to the implementation of the European Union (EU) - Ukraine Association Agreement (in force since the 1 September, 2017) and its relevant annexes as well as of the International Labour Organization (ILO) Conventions No. 81 and 129 on labour inspection, ratified by Ukraine in 2004.

This is the joint contribution of the EU and ILO to strengthen labour standards, occupational safety and health (OSH) and the enforcement of legislation in the country. As a result, all workers and employers in Ukraine shall benefit from regular employment, safer and healthier working conditions.

The project supports the Ministry of Social Policy and the State Labour Service. Considering the particular role of the social partners, tripartite consultations will be held throughout the project implementation.
