“Social Compliance” booklets which were prepared in cooperation with ILO Office for Turkey and İstanbul Apparel Exporters’ Association (IHKIB) were published.
Social compliance is an indicator which indicates how enterprises behave towards employees and environment as well as how social responsibility is applied within the enterprise. Social compliance criteria are directly related to the country’s Labour Law, Occupational Safety and Health legislation, Environment Law and brand’s social compliance standards.
