提升智力障碍者的培训和就业机会：国际的经验

智障人士和其他残疾人一样，有权利享受《联合国残疾人权利公约》中的各种权利，及国际劳工标准规定的各种权利，如国际劳工组织的《职业康复和就业公约（残疾人）1983年（159号）》。最近几十年，各国政府在增强智力障碍者的培训和提供就业机会，积累了大量的经验，想办法为智力障碍者提供更多的就业机会。本工作论文中回顾的一些国际经验，列举了许许多多辅助智力障碍者在就业环境中融合的优秀实践经验。许多案例清楚表明，在包容性的工作环境中，如果能够得到适当的支持，有智力障碍者的残疾雇员能够很好地发挥作用。
