Survey of Just Transition related financing needs of enterprises in Nigeria
The ILO in partnership with the Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA) is conducting a national survey to identify the financing needs of enterprises in Nigeria as they embrace climate transition and sustainable development goals.
The survey is open to businesses of all sizes and sectors in Nigeria, from MSMEs to large corporations. It aims to gather insights on:
- Investment priorities and financing needs of enterprises seeking to transition towards more sustainable and inclusive operations.
- Barriers to accessing green and transition finance and related support services.
- The types of financial products, policies and support mechanisms that could better respond to enterprise realities.
Who should respond?
Respondents who can provide information on enterprise financing needs, barriers and investment priorities related to the green and just transition.
Typically, this would include managers, finance officers, ESG/sustainability staff or business owners involved in financial and strategic decision-making.

The survey can be completed using this link and takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
All responses will be treated confidentially.
