These guidelines were developed based on a range of official national, sub-national and international sources. It also includes recommendations from the ILO/ IFC Better Work Indonesia (BWI) programme on minimizing the impact of COVID-19 disruption in the export-oriented garment sector and protecting the basic rights of workers.
