This video is a collaborative effort by Youth Ki Awaaz and International Labour Organization to nurture conversations around the aspirations and challenges faced by young women every day.

What is it like to be a working woman in India? Where you struggle to finish your education, your family feels it is not okay to work late hours, and that you have to work extra hard to prove yourself to be worthy of the job.

Three working women speak about their career choices, ambitions, workplace conditions and how they are challenging gender disparities, and public attitudes in their work lives.
