Video: The ILO's Global Business and Disability Network

Companies all over the world increasingly recognize that a diverse workforce is valuable: good for business and good for employees. Employers want to find the best talent, create a positive workplace and contribute to the communities in which they operate. Recruiting people with disabilities into the workplace and retaining those who become disabled while employed can help companies reach these goals.
