Hiring of an event management agency for arranging logistics during training for ILO methodologies on workplace cooperation and grievance handling in Mamallapuram, Tamil Nadu

As part of the ILO project, Strengthening Labour Dispute Resolution in Tamil Nadu’s Electronics Manufacturing Sector, a comprehensive training is being organized by the ILO for the Tamil Nadu Institute of Labour Studies (TILS). The training aims to equip TILS faculty members with ILO methodologies on workplace cooperation and grievance handling. This training will be held on 26-27 March 2026 at Mamallapuram, Tamil Nadu.

The project proposes to hire an event management agency (EMA) to support the logistics for the training. The training will be held on 25 March 2026 (afternoon) and 26-27 March 2026 at Mamallapuram.

Interested event management agencies (EMAs) are requested to send their proposals to Mr Balasubramanian Devarajan by email ([email protected]) on or before 11 March 2026 (Wednesday) by 12 noon. Time limit extension will not be given.
