Call for proposals

Development of the Timor-Leste vanilla value chain roadmap including associated skills needs and stocktaking of working conditions

The ILO Country Office for Indonesia and Timor-Leste is calling for proposals from interest institution/company to support for the assignment.

Proposals from interested institutions (service providers) must be submitted to the ILO by 26 February 2026.

Address: [email protected] indicating in the subject field “TIMOR-LESTE VANILLA VALUE CHAIN ROADMAP”.

The proposal should be in English and consist of the following:

  1. A cover letter explaining suitability for the assignment
  2. Company profile and curriculum vitae (CV)
  3. A technical proposal
  4. A financial cost and budget that entails an all-inclusive professional fee

The assessment will start on March 19, 2026, to conclude by May 31, 2026. ILO will provide logistical assistance to organize relevant interviews and collection of relevant materials.

Additional arrangements to cover field trips will be possible. ILO will provide necessary assistance and may offer online introductory training (two half days session) to prepare the consultant to better produce part 2 of the report.
