Inclusion by design

This toolkit strengthens the Meaningful Youth Engagement (MYE) commitment to “Leaving No One Behind” by guiding TVET institutions to proactively identify and remove barriers that limit participation and success for marginalised learners.

It offers practical, user-friendly instruments that support the design, implementation, and monitoring of inclusive policies, systems, and pedagogical practices. By doing so, the toolkit translates Step 3 of the Meaningful Youth Engagement Framework into action, ensuring that inclusion becomes an integral part of institutional governance, learning environments, and accountability processes.
