Toward Human Resources Development in Albania

A recently completed project introduced more effective and personalized employment services and new vocational training programmes in Albania. The IPA 2010 Project on Human Resources Development was funded by the European Union and implemented by the ILO between 1 January 2012 and 31 January 2015 in Albania.
