Parallel to a PHD in Hispanic Studies, Victoria Bazurto Botero, teaches in several universities in Nantes and in Colombia. In 2019, she joint the organisation “Territoires Zéro Chômeur de longue durée” first, for prepares new prospective territories for inclusion into the programme and then, as head of research and evaluation.
