Technical recommendations to the ME draft Law "On Occupational Safety and Health of Workers" (version of 18 July 2021)

This is the fifth set of the EU-ILO Project technical recommendations regarding the draft Law "On Occupational Safety and Health of Workers" of the Ministry of Economy (version of 18 July 2021). The purpose of these technical recommendations is to help to better align this draft law with the main applicable International and European Labour Standards and best practices.
