Technical recommendations to draft legal act on Minimum workers’ safety and health requirements for temporary or mobile construction sites

These are the EU-ILO Project technical recommendations regarding the draft Legal Act “On Minimum Workers’ Safety and Health Requirements for Temporary or Mobile Construction Sites”, developed by the State Labour Service of Ukraine. They are aimed at better aligning the provisions of this document with the Council Directive 92/57/EEC on the implementation of minimum safety and health requirements at temporary or mobile construction sites, the EU OSH Framework Directive 89/391/EEC, as foreseen in the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement, as well as ILO conventions Nos. 187, 155, 161, 81, 129.
