The technical annex to the 11th edition of the ILO Monitor on the world of work contains details about the methodologies used to estimate the changes in hours worked using the ILO’s nowcasting model. It also explains how the change in the gender gap in hours worked and the numbers on informality were estimated. It finally contains details on the Structural Vector Autoregression (SVAR) model of vacancies and consumer confidence.
