This film talks about the current tuberculosis prevention and care in India. It stresses on how the disease impacts incomes and the economies at large. Besides financial loss, the patients have to face with acute stigma and discrimination at different levels – within families, at their workplaces and even in healthcare centers. As TB affects the most economically productive age group, workplaces - companies, business houses and industries– have a responsibility and role in fighting TB. The film talks about adopting a multi-sectoral response to combat the disease.
