Structure of apprenticeship industry-based apprenticeship creates competent workers

It also underscores the important role of the trade union in supporting the development and implementation of the apprenticeship programme at the enterprise level. In addition, it highlights benefits gained by the companies, supports from the government of Indonesia and relevant institutions as well as skills improvement obtained by the apprentices.
The video is developed by the ILO’s Industry Skills for Inclusive Growth Phase 2 in Indonesia, funded by the Government of Japan, in collaboration with the Ministry of Manpower and Indonesian Employers’ Association (Apindo).
