UNAIDS and its cosponsors and UN-Women - Statement to the 55th session of the Commission on the Status of Women

Statement on behalf of the Secretariat of the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) and the cosponsors ILO, UNDP, UNESCO, UNFPA, UNICEF, UNODC, WFP, WHO, as well as UN-Women to address the linkages between HIV, education and employment of girls and women as part of discussions on agenda item 3(a)(i): "Access and participation of women and girls in education, training, science and technology, including for the promotion of women's equal access to full employment and decent work".
