Social protection is one of the topics of discussion at the 104th International Labour Conference which is being held from 1st to 13 June 2015 in Geneva. The following is an interview with Victor Baez, General Secretary of the Trade Union Confederation of Americas (TUCA-CSA) who expresses his views on the challenges faced by Unions to promote better social protection in Americas.
