Skillful and successful through apprenticeship
The video features the successful journeys of four apprentices who are able to build their skills and careers from skills knowledge and development they get from the industry-based apprenticeship programme.
The video also demonstrates the life improvements experienced by the apprentices and supports given by the companies to help the apprentices thrived. The video is developed by the ILO’s Industry Skills for Inclusive Growth Phase 2 in Indonesia, funded by the Government of Japan, in collaboration with the Ministry of Manpower and Indonesian Employers’ Association (Apindo).
