Sexual orientation should not be a barrier to work
Many people face discrimination in labour markets because of their sexual orientation. The ILO’s Kitchen and Voice Project in Brazil provides business training to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and Intersex (LGBTQI+) workers to help them obtain decent work.
