This report examines restructuring and investigates the methods of employer-employee dialogue that have best served in improving industrial relations in the chemical industry. It provides governments, employers and workers in the chemical industry with examples of good industrial relations practices in the context of restructuring, and in particular gives advice on how to improve employer-employee relations.
