The report consists of a summary of the discussions in the National Workshop on Social Dialogue in Public Emergency Services in a Changing Environment held in Kenya in 2005. The report includes also the consolidated strategies/recommendations of the workshop participants designed to assist in the process of improving social dialogue in the public emergency services sector in Kenya. The annexes include the ILO Guidelines on Social Dialogue in Public Emergency Services, the Workshop programme and the list of participants.
