The International Labour Organisation (ILO) in partnership with African states periodically
organizes an international meeting dedicated to knowledge and practices sharing relative to
Labour-intensive or labour-based works development, evolution and promotion throughout
the world. This meeting is called "the ILO Regional Seminar for Labour-based Practitioners".
The 16th Seminar of Labour-Based Practitioners will be organized by the Government of
Benin in partnership with the International Labor Organization (ILO). It's planed to take place
from October 26 to 30, 2015 in Cotonou.
The theme of the seminar is "Labor based approaches as solutions for sustainable
development challenges in the context of decentralization."
