This record of proceedings has been prepared in a new form, as part of the trial requested by the Governing Body in March 2026. Instead of minutes containing summaries of statements made by participants, it provides essential information about the session, a compilation of the decisions adopted and links to online recordings of all sittings accompanied by automatically generated transcripts.
After consulting the Record, constituents were invited to provide feedback through an online survey that remained open from 19 June to 11 September 2026. The survey results will be reported to the Governing Body at its 358th Session (November 2026) and help the Office improve the implementation of the new approach at future sessions.
