(a) endorsed the proposed programme of work appended to document GB.353/INS/2/2(Rev.1), subject to any adjustments that might be necessary until its adoption by the International Labour Conference at the opening sitting of the 113th Session;
(b) requested the Office to implement all the arrangements outlined in the document, in particular the measures to improve time management set out in paragraphs 51 and 52, taking into account the guidance provided.
