Decision concerning the agenda of future sessions of the International Labour Conference

The Governing Body:

(a) decided to place on the agenda of the 114th Session (2026) of the Conference an item for a general discussion on advancing the transformative agenda for gender equality at work and to place on the agenda of the 115th Session (2027) of the Conference an item for a general discussion merging the item on harnessing the fullest potential of technology to achieve decent work with the item on structural transformation of the economy towards higher levels of productivity, and requested the Office to provide a proposal for such an item taking into account the Governing Body's guidance, including the inputs jointly provided by the Employers' and Workers' groups, for consideration at its 353rd Session (March 2025);

(b) decided to place on the agenda of the 114th Session (2026) of the Conference an item on the withdrawal of the Labour Standards (Non-Metropolitan Territories) Convention, 1947 (No. 83);

(c) requested the Office to take into account the guidance provided in preparing the document concerning the agenda of future sessions of the Conference for its 353rd Session (March 2025).
