Decision concerning the 408th Report of the Committee on Freedom of Association

The Governing Body took note of the introduction to the Report of the Committee, contained in paragraphs 1–85, and approved the recommendations made in paragraphs: 122 (Case No. 3210: Algeria); 147 (Case No. 3308: Argentina); 171 (Case No. 3311: Argentina); 209 (Case No. 3263: Bangladesh); 223 (Case No. 3413: Plurinational State of Bolivia); 246 (Case No. 3424: Cambodia); 265 (Case No. 3280: Colombia); 313 (Case No. 3421: Colombia); 332 (Case No. 3380: El Salvador); 342 (Case No. 3395: El Salvador); 413 (Case No. 3425: Eswatini); 432 (Case No. 3062: Guatemala); 453 (Case No. 3403: Guinea); 478 (Case No. 3448: Guinea-Bissau); 520 (Case No. 3449: Mexico); 568 (Case No. 3402: Peru); 599 (Case No. 3438: Peru); 662 (Case No. 3436: Republic of Korea); 671 (Case No. 3067: Democratic Republic of the Congo); 703 (Case No. 3451: Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela) and adopted the 408th Report of its Committee on Freedom of Association as a whole.
