Decision concerning the sectoral meetings held in 2023 and proposals for sectoral work in 2024–25

The Governing Body:
a) approved the records of proceedings of the two technical meetings referred to in section I (A and B) of document GB.350/POL/3(Rev.1) and authorized the Director-General to publish them;
b) requested the Director-General to bear in mind, when drawing up proposals for future work, the recommendations for future action by the ILO made by the meetings referred to in section I (A and B) of document GB.350/POL/3(Rev.1);
c) took note of the Recommendations of the High-Level Panel on the Teaching Profession referred to in section I(C) of document GB.350/POL/3(Rev.1), and requested the Director-General to ensure appropriate follow-up action;
d) endorsed the proposals contained in Appendix I to document GB.350/POL/3(Rev.1) relating to the dates, duration, official title, purpose and composition of the meetings listed therein; and
e) agreed to notify the Office of the appointment and election of the Chairpersons and three Vice-Chairpersons of the meetings referred to in section II of document GB.350/POL/3(Rev.1) one month prior to each meeting.
