Decision concerning the promotional activities with regard to the Tripartite Declaration of Principles concerning Multinational Enterprises and Social Policy, including in the context of relevant developments outside the ILO

The Governing Body:

(a) requested the Director-General to take into account its guidance to strengthen the promotion of the Tripartite Declaration of Principles concerning Multinational Enterprises and Social Policy (MNE Declaration) and its operational tools, including in the context of relevant developments outside the ILO; and

(b) decided to continue implementing the regional follow-up outlined in Annex II of the Declaration, aligning it with the cycle of regional meetings.
