Update on the decisions taken by the International Civil Service Commission (ICSC) at its 85th Session regarding the post adjustment index for Geneva

The Governing Body:

(a) noted that a review of the methodology and of the conclusions of the report of the team of statisticians would be undertaken by the International Civil Service Commission (ICSC) before its 86th Session;

(b) decided that the application of the revised post adjustment index for all Geneva-based staff in the Professional category and above on the basis of the results of the 2016 round of cost-of-living surveys would be considered for final decision at its 332nd Session (March 2018).
