Decision on the first item on the agenda: Incomplete delegations to the International Labour Conference and Regional Meetings
The Governing Body:
(a) urged member States to comply with their constitutional obligations to accredit full tripartite delegations to sessions of the International Labour Conference and Regional Meetings;
(b) requested the Director-General to continue to monitor the situation of member States which fail to accredit a tripartite delegation to sessions of the International Labour Conference and Regional Meetings, taking into account the guidance provided by the Governing Body.
