The video underscores the important role of mentors in the industry-based apprenticeship programme. As the agent of change, mentors play a significant role in ensuring the success of skills transfer and development for the benefits of both the companies and apprentices.

The video is developed by the ILO’s Industry Skills for Inclusive Growth Phase 2 in Indonesia, funded by the Government of Japan, in collaboration with the Ministry of Manpower and Indonesian Employers’ Association (Apindo).
