To provide support in drafting the revision of trade union law

The State Great Khural (Parliament of Mongolia) has adopted the revised Labour Law on the 2nd of July 2021. The new Labour Law is in effect from the 1st of January 2022. The newly revised Labour law has introduced many new provisions which ensure fundamental principles and rights at work including freedom of associations and collective bargaining.
