Responsible business conduct in the Vietnamese aquaculture sector

The labour productivity of small-scale aquaculture producers is lower than that of medium- and large-scale producers. The low labour productivity among small scale aquaculture producers can be primarily attributed to limited access to financial services, modern technology, and infrastructure. Likewise, small aquafarmers do not possess adequate technological, financial, and human resources to deal with the impacts of climate change.
