Responsible business conduct in Thailand auto parts supply chains

The automotive industry is comprised of motor vehicle assemblers, and manufacturers of components and parts. Given that a single car has more than 30,000 parts, auto parts manufacturing is the largest subsector of the automotive industry. Migrant workers constitute an important share of the workforce of the industry in many countries (ILO 2020).
