Research Report: Multi-Employer Collective Bargaining Agreement - Towards a High-road Approach

The Report presents highlights and good practices in promoting Multi-employer Bargaining Agreements - an initiative towards better rights and benefits for the workers. During the MEBA pilot period 2016-2019, the ILO NIRF/Japan Project has provided support to the negotiation process and the signing of agreements in Hai Phong, Da Nang, Binh Duong and Dong Nai, covering a number of over 32,000 workers across electronics sector, wood processing and tourism industry.
